Yes. Prahantam provides installation guidance so your machine is set up correctly for power, water inlet, drain and detergent connections. We help your team get started with clear setup support. Note that initial plumbing and electrical site preparation is not covered under standard warranty.

We support ongoing maintenance and technical guidance so your kitchen stays productive. Regular care helps protect wash quality, reduce downtime and extend machine life. We also offer Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans.

We offer Non-Comprehensive (6% p.a.) and Comprehensive (10% p.a.) Annual Maintenance Contracts. See the AMC Plans page for what each plan covers.

Register your machine on the Product Registration page within 30 days of purchase. Warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires the tax invoice and registration details.

Submit the Service Request form with your serial number and a description of the issue. Our service desk responds within 24–48 hours. You can also call our helpline for urgent issues.

Exclusions include unregistered products, misuse or dry running, unauthorised repairs or modifications, poor site conditions such as very hard water, and damage from external causes like voltage surges, fire or flood. Read the full Warranty Policy for all 12 terms and exclusions.
